Meet the founder
I came to Vietnam from Spain 16 years ago. Since then I have built companies here, hired and managed Vietnamese teams, and been through the licences, the banks and the paperwork myself.
As Chairman of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, I worked with many Spanish companies arriving in the country. I saw the same thing again and again: the opportunity is real, but the first steps are slow, confusing and expensive without someone local you can trust.
That is why I founded Agilean: to be that partner, in your language and on your side.
